Surgical theater at Neurology Congress October 2017

University Hospitals neurosurgeons Dr. Nicholas Bambakidis and Dr. Warren Selman participated in what may be have been the largest virtual reality activity on record. Surgical Theater was developed with help from Drs. Selman, Bambakidis, and other UH neurosurgeons. The neurosurgical congress has applied to Guinness World Records to certify the demonstration as having the most simultaneous participants in a live VR experience, according to the Boston Globe, which reported on the event.
