Jordan Winter, MD, new Chief of Surgical Oncology at UH Seidman Cancer Center, discusses the importance of having a surgical oncology team made up of experts in specific disease sites. One of Dr. Winter’s specific areas of expertise is pancreatic cancer. At UH Seidman Cancer Center, he says, the goal is to have a clinical trial available for every pancreatic cancer patient, both those with resectable tumors and those with advanced disease.
