As trauma care has evolved so has the way we should think about using the FAST exam. Vicki Noble, MD, Vice Chairman, Academic Affairs, UH Center for Emergency Medicine, Program Director, Emergency Medicine, UH Cleveland Medical Center and Professor of Emergency Medicine, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, presents a lecture to the Case Western School of Medicine Department of Surgery suggesting we don't give up on the FAST exam but evolve how we use the information that it provides in the care of our trauma patients.
