What is High Risk Pregnancy?
A pregnancy may be considered high risk if you:
- Are 35 years or older (advanced maternal age)
- Are pregnant with multiples
- Have a personal or family history of birth defects
- Have a family history of genetic disorders
- Have a history of pregnancy complications
- Have a history of recurrent miscarriage, stillbirth or preterm delivery
