How to Apply

We accept applications through ERAS and participate in the NRMP match with two positions open each year.

Application Requirements

• Online application through ERAS
• Personal statement
• 3 letters of recommendation including:
  • Residency Program Director (required)
  • Pediatric cardiology faculty member (recommended)
  • Additional letter of your choosing
• Medical school transcript
• MSPE
• USMLE or COMLEX transcript

Application Timeline and Selection Process

• Mid-July: Program begins to download applications
• Late July: Initial interview invitations are sent after thorough application review is complete.  Only applicants with a complete application will be considered for interview.
• August-October: Interviews are conducted and a holistic review process informs applicant review and ranking.
• November: Program Rank List is submitted prior to second look opportunity for any interested applicants.
