Our Response to COVID-19
We appreciate your trust in us for care and want to assure you that University Hospitals remains committed to keeping you and your family healthy, and will continue to provide you with the health care services you need. Our primary care practices are continuing to see patients during this time. Please call your doctor's office to find out which type of visit is the best option for you – in-person or virtual appointment.
If you are having milder COVID-19 symptoms it is safe to stay home to recover without seeing a doctor unless severe or life-threatening symptoms develop. If you wish to see your doctor, call or schedule online to make an in-person appointment or a virtual appointment through UH Virtual Urgent Care. Call 9-1-1 or visit your nearest emergency room if you are experiencing serious symptoms.
The health and well-being of our patients and their health care team will always be our priority, so we are following best practices for cleanliness, infection control and employee health at all our facilities.
