Affordable, Convenient Option for Care
UH On Demand Virtual Care visits are $65 for a self-pay visit. If you have insurance, you will be billed at your insurance company’s contracted rate. Many insurance plans will apply a virtual visit to your deductible or cover part of the service.

How to Start an On Demand Virtual Care Visit
To start a visit, you will need: a computer, tablet or smartphone, a high-speed internet connection, your insurance card or credit card, and you must be located in the state of Ohio. Log in to your MyChart account to access UH On Demand Virtual Care.
UH providers are ready to meet with you and review your symptoms, make a diagnosis, prescribe medication if needed, and answer your questions.
UH On Demand Virtual Care should not be used for medical emergencies. Please call 9-1-1 or visit your nearest emergency room if you are experiencing serious symptoms such as chest pain, difficulty breathing or uncontrolled bleeding.
