Meet the Pediatric Neuromuscular Team

Neuromuscular disorders affect the peripheral nervous system, causing muscle weakness, pain and various other symptoms. The UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s multidisciplinary team provides expert diagnosis and a variety of treatment options for families with children affected by muscular dystrophies, spina bifida and spinal muscular atrophy, among other inherited disorders.
