Accurate Medical Messaging for Pediatricians

The UH Rainbow Advice Center offers HIPAA-compliant medical answering services for pediatric professionals. Our information intake specialists answer all calls during non-clinic hours as specified by the clinic or physician office. We record basic demographic information including caller name, age, phone number and symptoms. After taking the information, our specialists complete the call and pass the information along to our nurses. Certain symptoms are automatically assigned high-priority status based on clinical algorithms.

The UH Rainbow Advice Center’s medical answering service streamlines the patient process, providing improved accuracy and more timely patient call-backs than existing messaging service programs.

Physicians are charged a flat monthly fee for medical answering services based on the number of physicians/providers in the practice.
