How to Apply

The UH Meds PGY1 Community-Based Pharmacy Residency Program participates in the ASHP Resident Matching Program and uses PhORCAS for application submissions.

To be considered for one of the 12 PGY1 residency positions, applicants must submit the following through PhORCAS:

• Residency application
  • NMS Program Number: 283815
  • PhORCAS Program ID: 555763
• Letter of intent
• Curriculum vitae (CV)
• Three letters of reference
• Official pharmacy school transcripts

No supplemental application materials are required.
