For colds, allergies, or skin issues, receive care virtually with UH On Demand Virtual Care. Available online, open 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. for adults and children aged 1 year and older.

Urgent Care

For minor illnesses and injuries, visit UH Urgent Care for walk-in treatment or book ahead for faster service. Open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., caring for the whole family.

Pediatric Sick Care

At University Hospitals, we offer same-day appointments for children who have minor illnesses. Contact your UH Rainbow pediatric practice to schedule an appointment.

Same-day care treats minor illnesses like colds, coughs, flu, sinus infections, vomiting, diarrhea, or skin rashes. For more serious concerns or symptoms lasting over 2 days, please schedule an appointment with your UH primary care doctor or UH Rainbow pediatrician.

In the event of a life-threatening emergency, call 9-1-1 or visit the nearest emergency room.
