Nuclear Medicine Expertise, Experience and Advanced Technology

The nuclear medicine specialists at University Hospitals are highly trained and experienced in the use of the most advanced imaging equipment and technology available, including digital PET/CT and SPECT. These capabilities allow us to offer a wide variety of nuclear medicine scans.

Our goal is to ensure that each patient receives the most accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plan possible. In collaboration with other specialists, including cardiologists, neurologists, nephrologists and oncologists, we offer diagnostics, treatment and pain relief for a wide variety of conditions including:

Our staff shares a strong commitment to education, expressed through the training of radiology medical students, residents and fellows. In addition, we offer extensive nuclear medicine training through our one-year Nuclear Medicine Fellowship program.
