Specialty Teams Provide Highly Specialized Care
Our female sexual health teams include specialists with expertise in a variety of disciplines including OB/GYN, dermatology, reconstructive gynecology and urology, urology, behavioral health and pelvic floor physical therapy.
Behavioral Medicine Providers
Sexual problems often have psychological roots due to past trauma, cultural/family influences, anxiety or depression. Our behavioral medicine team will work with you to identify and manage these factors.
Pelvic Floor Disorders Providers
Our female pelvic medicine team treats women with pelvic floor disorders such as urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic pain. Depending on the cause, treatment may include a combination of medication, surgery and physical therapy.
Genitourinary Reconstruction Providers
In some cases, female sexual dysfunction can be related to structural problems of the genitourinary systems. These highly skilled specialists provide comprehensive care for all women.
Genital Gender Affirmation Surgery Providers
For some individuals, gender identity is a factor in their sexual dysfunction. Our gender affirmation team has the expertise and compassion to perform female to male and male to female genital transition procedures.
Postpartum Injuries Providers
This team specializes in restoring a woman’s physical and emotional health after childbirth. It includes specialists in reconstructive gynecology and urology, colorectal surgery, behavioral health and female pelvic floor physical therapy.
