Lifestyle Medicine Group Medical Visits for PMOS (Formerly PCOS)
A new way to support your metabolic health and well-being
Our Lifestyle Medicine Group Medical Visits for Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS)—formerly Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)—provide a supportive and encouraging space to learn how everyday lifestyle habits can support your metabolic and hormonal health and well-being. Led by a Lifestyle Medicine physician or advanced practice provider and health coach, these group visits focus on nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and other healthy lifestyle practices that can help reduce the symptoms of PMOS. You'll connect with others on a similar health journey while gaining practical tools, education, and personalized guidance to help you make sustainable changes.
