Mind-Body Skills
Group Medical Visits
A new way to support your mental health and well-being
The cornerstone of self-mastery is maintaining control of our point of focus. This gives us the ability to control our impulses, to manage our emotions, and to be proactive in how we move through the world. Our Mind-Body Skills Group Medical Visit series is intended to introduce participants to a number of foundational mind-body techniques and to empower them to improve their mental health and self-care.
To register, please ask your doctor to place a referral. Group medical visits are billed to insurance. For additional information, call UH Connor Whole Health at 216-285-4054.
