Lifestyle Medicine Group Medical Visits for Fertility

A new way to support pre-conception health and well-being

Our Lifestyle Medicine Group Medical Visits for Fertility provide a supportive and encouraging space to learn how everyday lifestyle habits can support your fertility, overall health, and well-being. Led by a Lifestyle Medicine physician or advanced practice provider and health coach, these group visits focus on key areas that influence reproductive health, including nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and other healthy daily practices. You'll connect with others on a similar fertility journey while gaining practical tools, education, and personalized guidance to help you make sustainable changes. These visits are designed to complement—not replace—your fertility specialist, medications, or current treatment plan, helping you optimize your health as you prepare for pregnancy.

To register, please ask your doctor to place a referral. Group medical visits are billed to insurance. For additional information, call UH Connor Whole Health at 216-285-4054.
