A new way to support your health through the science of nutrition

Our Group Medical Visits for Fasting Mimicking provide a supportive environment to safely implement a 5-day fasting mimicking protocol backed by science to enhance cellular renewal and body fat loss. Under the guidance of a Lifestyle Medicine physician or advanced practice provider and Registered Dietitian, you will learn the health benefits of fasting mimicking, a nutritionally-supported, nourishing, plant-based method of fasting, and how this can be included as part of a comprehensive lifestyle approach to health. Purchase of a discounted 5-day protocol prior to the first visit is required. Please note: this fasting protocol is not appropriate for people with nut allergies or who are pregnant, breast feeding, or underweight. Individuals with advanced chronic conditions should first visit with a Connor Lifestyle Medicine provider to discuss potential risks and benefits.

Format: 2 Group Sessions (Virtual)

  • Session 1: The science of fasting mimicking, how to successfully follow the 5-day fast and transition to healthy meals post fasting period
  • Session 2: Review of the fasting experience, recommendations for additional fasting cycles, and goal setting to build new healthy habits
