Group Medical Visits

A new way to support your health after breast cancer

Breast cancer survivorship is about more than finishing treatment—it’s about healing, rebuilding, and reducing future cancer risk. Our Group Medical Visits for Breast Cancer Survivors provide a supportive, empowering space to learn how lifestyle medicine can play a meaningful role in recovery and long-term health. Led by a lifestyle medicine physician or advanced practice provider and health coach, these visits are grounded in evidence-based care focusing on nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and other daily habits that influence cancer outcomes, recurrence, and overall well-being. Connecting with other survivors while learning practical, sustainable strategies helps participants feel informed, supported, and active in their ongoing health journey.

To register, please ask your doctor to place a referral. Group medical visits are billed to insurance. For additional information, call UH Connor Whole Health at 216-285-4054.
