Curriculum Vitae (CV): A detailed CV highlighting your medical education, training, research experience, publications, presentations and relevant work experience.
Personal Statement: A statement describing your interest in infectious diseases, your career goals, and your reasons for pursuing a fellowship in this specialty.
Letters of Recommendation: Three letters of recommendation are required, including:

A letter from your residency program director
Letters from faculty members who can attest to your clinical skills, research and interest in infectious diseases

USMLE/COMLEX Scores: Official scores from the USMLE (United States Medical Licensing Examination) or COMLEX (Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensing Examination). Completion of Steps 1, 2 and 3 is required.
Medical School Transcript: An official transcript from your medical school.
Dean's Letter (MSPE): A Medical Student Performance Evaluation from your medical school.

Applications are submitted through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service). This is the preferred application pathway for all candidates applying within the standard match cycle.
