Honor a Caregiver

Our Healing Hands Caregiver Tribute program is a way for people to express their gratitude for the excellent care they received in a way that is deeply personal to both the staff and the donor. If you wish to honor a caregiver (either it be a physician, nurse, dietary worker, social worker or others) or department, simply complete this form and send it in with your gift. The recipient(s) will receive recognition of this special and deeply meaningful tribute.

Honor and Memorial Gifts

A tribute gift is a wonderful way to honor a friend, family member or cherished physician. It is also a meaningful way to memorialize a person. When you honor someone with a gift, we will notify the honoree about your kind gesture. In the case of a memorial gift, we will notify the family or next of kin. In either case the amount of your gift will remain confidential.
