I am immensely proud to announce that Cleveland Medical Center has officially received its fifth consecutive Magnet® designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). This achievement is not merely a badge of honor; it is a testament to the sustained culture of excellence, professional autonomy, and clinical innovation that our nurses bring to the bedside every single day. To reach this status, we demonstrated that our nursing practice continues to outperform national benchmarks in patient safety, nurse satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
