The Fitness Center at University Hospitals Avon Health Center offers both individual and group personal training sessions. Each of our nationally certified trainers has years of experience and proven success in a variety of specialties. They have been carefully selected to provide you with a unique experience tailored to your needs.

Small Group Personal Training

Get individualized attention and enjoy a new support group to work out with for $10-$20 an hour. Pick your favorite workout or class, and pick a time that best suits the group. Group training sessions include:

  • Personal Training Boot Camp
  • Core Stability (ball and bosu class)
  • Female Conditioning (premenopause, menopause, perimenopause)

Please enroll prior to the start date to ensure there is proper volume to offer the course. Training programs are nonrefundable.
