The Eye Imaging Analysis Reading Centers integrate state-of-the-art imaging technologies, artificial intelligence (AI) and scientific expertise to deliver precision, consistency and reliability across all studies. Our Retina Diseases Image Analysis Reading Center team applies multimodal data integration to better understand changes within the eye and the impact of therapeutic interventions.
Harnessing Artificial Intelligence for Next-Generation Image Analysis
The Reading Centers are pioneering the integration of computer vision science into ophthalmic imaging to enhance speed, accuracy and reproducibility in clinical research.
In collaboration with Case Western Reserve University’s Department of Biomedical Engineering, we are developing AI-assisted algorithms that enable:
- Automated analysis of lid and corneal images
- Early detection of graft rejection and disease progression
- Objective, standardized grading across sites and modalities
By merging AI innovation with decades of clinical expertise, we are setting new standards for data precision, workflow efficiency, and regulatory-grade reliability, advancing the next generation of ophthalmic imaging.
