24/7 Access to Occupational Health Reporting
If you’re a UH Occupational Health customer, you now have access to our new and improved client portal, iSYSTOC. Available 24/7 and on demand, iSYSTOC is a convenient and secure online portal that provides you with access to important injury, treatment and drug screen information from our providers. Benefits include:
- Reduced wait time for results. Check employees’ work status, results and case summaries as soon as they are entered into the system.
- 24/7 online access. Access relevant results, documentation and forms completed by the provider online, anytime you need them. All you have to do is log in.
- No more waiting to receive documentation. View and print current and historical patient activity reports at any time, eliminating unnecessary emails, faxes and mail from our providers.
Please note: iSYSTOC provides comprehensive results for the following services: Injury care, physical exams, breath alcohol test screenings, Department of Transportation (DOT) drug screenings and hair drug screenings. Non-DOT drug screening results are communicated through MEDTOX. If you don’t have a MEDTOX account setup yet, please contact us at OCCHealth@uhhospitals.org or call 216-286-9460.
Register for iSYSTOC
To access iSYSTOC, you first need to sign and return the University Hospitals iSYSTOC User Agreement form. Please scan and email the signed agreement to OCCHealth@UHhospitals.org. Upon our receipt of the signed agreement, you will receive an email that includes your iSYSTOC username and a temporary password that you can reset upon logging into the system. You will also receive a demo on the new portal and instructions that walk you through setting up and managing your account.
