Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists Provide Assessment Services through the Rainbow Autism Diagnostic (RAD) Clinic

Speech therapy is a key component in the assessment and treatment of children with autism spectrum disorders. At UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio, a speech-language pathologists participates in the Rainbow Autism Diagnostic Clinic, collaborating with the developmental physician and clinical psychologist to diagnose autism spectrum disorders and make recommendations for treatment.
