Dr. Flyckt is amazing. She treats difficult questions with sensitivity. I never felt like I couldn't be open with her. She is personable, informative, knowledgeable and responsive. Dr. Flyckt is interested and invested in every patient. When undergoing my surgery on ***, she held my hand while the anesthesiologist was administering the the anesthesia. This put my faith in her and my whole surgical team. I was very emotional and scared. I will never forget her act of kindness. When I was experiencing complications on ***, she did not hesitate to have me come in and get looked at. I am looking forward to our next interaction. She brings us hope. That's all we can ask for. University Hospital made a great choice when bringing her on. My husband and I are eternally grateful to this hospital system because we have her on our side!

Dr. Flyckt has always treated me with the utmost respect. She is gentle and informative. I never feel rushed when I am with her. She lets me ask all of my questions and gives detailed answers. Her knowledge and professionalism is over the top. My husband and I have a decent age difference and she is so sensitive to that. I feel like I can be open with her without judgement. I would most certainly recommend her to anyone who is dealing with endometriosis and infertility.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with this care provider. She is an absolutely amazing doctor and has the best bed side manner of any doctor I've ever had. She listens to everything I have to say at every meeting and she answers all questions very thoroughly and in a way that's easy to understand. I would rate her 10/10 and would recommend her to anyone over and over again. She's beyond experienced, qualified, knowledgeable, and talented as a Dr. She also cares about how I feel and always strives to make sure I'm as comfortable as possible and my voice is heard in every scenario. She is amazing.

Dr. Flyckt and her staff were very kind and mindful of my concerns and anxiety regarding the procedure and my condition. Dr. Flyckt was very knowledgeable, confident, professional, and empathetic. Although this is my first and probably but hopefully not my only encounter with her, I can already see how beloved she must be to her regular patients.

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
