Tomas Celaj, PharmD
Hometown: Philadelphia, PA
Undergraduate: Saint Joseph's University (formerly University of the Sciences)
College of Pharmacy: Saint Joseph's University, Philadelphia College of Pharmacy
Professional Interests/Career Goals/Involvements: I am currently enrolled in the HSPAL residency to gain the necessary experience required for a future health systems pharmacy administrator position. A career goal I have set for myself is to lead or assist in the creation of a novel process within a health system. I wish to utilize my entrepreneurial spirit to the benefit of underserved patients; partaking in a HSPAL residency program is a step in that direction. Some of my involvements at university include establishing a fencing club (for fun) and running track and field (for fun?).
About Me: I enjoy snowboarding, playing cards and billiards, watching movies, and travelling. I would like to visit all the national parks someday. I have two Australian shepherds named Beau and Nala and a tuxedo cat named TB. My favorite type of cuisine is Asian, especially sushi!

Sarah Ritter, PharmD
Hometown: Amherst, OH
Undergraduate: University of Findlay
College of Pharmacy: University of Findlay
Professional Interests/Career Goals/Involvements: My professional interests include pharmacy operations management, medication safety, and informatics, with a particular focus on improving operational efficiency and optimizing medication-use systems. My long-term career goal is to pursue a leadership position in inpatient pharmacy operations, where I can support high-quality patient care through strategic and operational excellence. I am actively involved in professional organizations including CSHP, OSHP, ASHP, and ACCP, and I also volunteer with the Lorain County Medical Reserve Corps, supporting community health and emergency preparedness initiatives.
About Me: Outside of pharmacy, I enjoy exploring Cleveland's food scene and discovering new places throughout Northeast Ohio. I love spending time with friends at trivia nights, bingo, and other local events. At home, you'll often find me reading a good book, catching up on the latest streaming series, playing the piano, crocheting, or working on a puzzle. I also enjoy playing Pokémon Go, which gives me another excuse to get out and explore the community.
