Professional Interests/Career Goals/Involvements: Vizient Business of Pharmacy Enterprise Committee member, my interests include pharmacy technologies, informatics, and systems quality improvement. My goals include embracing and implementing the latest pharmacy technologies to expand clinical services within the pharmacy and provide excellent patient care.

Professional Interests/Career Goals/ Involvements: I hope to continue to develop my clinical and leadership skills through my residency training. Some of my professional areas of interest include clinical/operational administration and acute care. I plan to continue my professional development throughout my career to further develop myself as a leader. Lastly, I do plan to stay involved in the growth of the Health-System Pharmacy Administration and leadership (HSPAL) residency program at University Hospitals, as well as many professional organizations.
About Me: I enjoy reading and playing with my cat. I also adore creative activities such as crafting, sketching, painting, and more.

Isabella McCrory

Professional Interests/Career Goals/ Involvements: During my PGY-1, year I plan to expand on my foundations of clinical knowledge while being apart of a strong interprofessional institution. Throughout this year I am ecstatic to both witness and partake in the innovative steps and changes that the transition to Epic will bring University Hospitals. As I further develop my clinical skills, I cannot wait to establish a leadership philosophy that will support me during the PGY-2 year. I aim to innovate, improve, and aide in the evolution of pharmacy practice here at UH.
About Me: In my free time I love to explore new coffee shops with both my significant other and our Mini Bernedoodle, Lacy Jo. When I am not out exploring I can be found playing bingo, attending farmers markets, reading, or collecting gnomes.

Professional Interests/Career Goals/Involvements: Overall, I hope to grow personally and professionally in order to become a skillful and well-rounded pharmacist. More specifically, I am excited to advance my clinical knowledge, strengthen my research capabilities, expand my understanding of healthcare administration, and develop my leadership capabilities. I have many interests in pharmacy and look forward to experience additional clinical and managerial specialties during my residency.
About Me: I prioritize spending time with friends and family, but I also enjoy spending time in nature. I frequently take walks with my dog at the Metro-parks and to Edgewater beach. Similarly, I love to hike and hope to visit Yellowstone National Park in the near future. Additional hobbies of mine include trying new restaurants, watching horror films, and various trivia. Recently, I have also taken up crafting with resin and wood.
