The Ohio Patient Safety Institute awarded UH Cleveland Medical Center with the 2011 OPSI Best Practice Award for developing the Resident EQUIPS (Externship in Quality and Patient Safety). The OPSI Best Practice Award honors a healthcare organization for implementing the most innovative, evidence-based patient safety practice in the state.
