How to Apply

For the second year Complex High-Risk Coronary Intervention (CHIP) Fellowship position beginning on July 1, 2025, please send an email to Joanna Benson and an application will be forwarded to you.
Applications must include:
- Completed ERAS application
- Personal statement
- USMLE reports
- At least three letters of recommendation (including one from your Cardiology Program Director)
- ECFMG certificate, if applicable
