The pay is great, the city has a friendly Midwest culture, Cleveland gets lots of snow (which I enjoy), and it is centrally located to friends and family.

Why did you choose UH?: I couples matched (my partner is doing pediatrics), so UH provided excellent training opportunities for both of us. I had a wonderful interview day experience and really felt like there was a sense of community and supportive program leadership. I was also very impressed with previous graduate job and fellowship placements, so I knew I would be set up for success no matter which career path I chose. My partner and I visited Cleveland while working on our rank lists and loved all of the nearby parks, local restaurants, and the Cleveland Museum of Art!
