UH Virtual Urgent Care Refund Request

If you had a problem with your UH Virtual Urgent Care visit, you may be eligible for a refund. A refund may be given if you experienced technical issues during your visit, paid for but did not receive a service, or for clinical reasons at the time of your visit. Please provide the requested information and allow up to five business days to receive a response.
