University Hospitals Lake Continuing Care Center

The University Hospitals Lake Continuing Care Center* is home to the Center for Comprehensive Rehabilitation and the Center for Geriatric Psychiatry.

Our Center for Comprehensive Rehabilitation can help you regain coordination, balance, strength and function after an illness, injury or surgery. We offer advanced inpatient rehabilitation following stroke, complex orthopedic surgeries, multiple traumas and more.

The Center for Geriatric Psychiatry offers hope to those age 65 years and older who are experiencing serious physical and emotional difficulties. The center treats a variety of medical problems in conjunction with a primary psychiatric diagnosis, and helps families plan for what comes next after discharge.
