Sports Performance Training Classes by T3

T3 Performance

The Drusinsky Sports Medicine Institute at UH Ahuja Medical Center is proud to partner with T3 Performance, a premier athlete training provider. Through T3, we offer performance training classes for athletes, adults of all ages and adolescents age 10 and up. Registration is required for all classes.

Youth Athletes

Athlete Performance Group Training

Middle school and high school athletes get faster, stronger and more confident in our specialized training group. This program is designed to help young athletes develop a love of fitness, improve their performance in any sport, and become more durable and resilient.

Monday – Friday:
4 – 5:15 p.m. | 5 – 6:30 p.m.
11:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
11:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

Athlete 101

Athlete 101 helps youth athletes aged 8-11 become stronger, faster, and more coordinated. They learn the fundamentals of athletic movement, and best of all, they have fun doing it. These training sessions feel like play, so the kids have a great time while getting better!

Whatever your child decides to do in sports, Athlete 101 will help them perform at a higher level. The strength, speed and confidence they develop will serve them well throughout their lives.

Premier Performance Group Training

Get an elite training experience designed to push the boundaries of athletic excellence. Our high-achieving Premier Performance Group combines advanced training methodologies with personalized coaching and state-of-the-art equipment and facilities. Your ability plus our speed and strength training will separate you from the competition.

Strength for Life

Adults who want to be fitter, healthier, stronger and more capable can find a home in our Strength for Life training group. This class is designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels and ages, providing a welcoming and supportive environment. Join us to build and maintain strength, look and feel better, and live a more active lifestyle.

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays:

Personal Training and Small Group Training) for Adults and Athletes of All Ages

Work 1-on-1 with our training staff to reach your specific goal. Our team has successfully helped hundreds of athletes and adults get fitter, stronger and faster. Whether your goal is to lose weight or shed time off of your 40-yard dash, we can help you. Want to train with some like-minded friends? We can set up a small group training session for you.

Sports Skill Lessons

Get better at the sport of your choice with help from our staff of experienced professionals. We provide personal lessons to help athletes improve their skills in…

Baseball: Work on your swing and improve not only your mechanics but your mentality at the plate as you receive coaching from staff members who played at the college level or beyond. Our baseball coaches help you improve your fundamentals. From fielding to catching to pitching, we have something for everyone!

Football: Whether you are a skill player, lineman or quarterback, our staff can help you hone your craft. Our coaches have college and professional experience, and deliver effective training that will improve the on-field skill of your choice, from catching to blocking to tackling.

Basketball: Train on our indoor basketball court and become a better shooter, ballhandler or defender. No matter how you want to improve, our trainers can help you elevate your game.

Facility Rentals Available

Our basketball court, batting cage and turf fields are available for rent.

Athletes and teams on Cleveland’s Eastside can choose to rent our turf fields by the hour. The batting cage and basketball court are also available in 30-minute intervals. Additionally, if you need to hire a coach to lead your training session, our staff members are available.

Basketball Court Rentals: We offer half-court basketball with hoop rentable by the half-hour or hour. Individuals and teams are required to bring their own ball and court-appropriate shoes.

Batting Cage Rentals: Batting cages are also rentable by the half-hour or hour. Athletes and teams must bring their own bats and protective equipment.

Turf Field Rentals: Half of our turf field provides sufficient training space for between 20 and 30 athletes. The full turf field can fit 40 to 60 athletes. Both are rentable by the hour. Our coaching staff is also available to lead the training session on the turf if needed.
