Sports Performance Training Classes by T3
The Drusinsky Sports Medicine Institute at UH Ahuja Medical Center is proud to partner with T3 Performance, a premier athlete training provider. Through T3, we offer performance training classes for athletes, adults of all ages and adolescents age 12 and up. Registration is required for all classes.

Adult Training Options (Ages 18+)

Monday – Thursday: 6 – 6:50 a.m. | 4 – 4:50 p.m.
Fridays: 6 – 6:50 a.m.
Saturdays: 8 – 8:50 a.m.
Sundays: 9 – 9:50 a.m.
A 50-minute strength-based training class for adults that focuses on proper weight training techniques to build strength, combined with metabolic conditioning to increase cardiovascular capacity. The offering is perfect for busy adults who don’t have time to spend hours in the gym and need a quick and effective workout that delivers results.
Small Group Adult Training
Whether you’re preparing for a 5K, coming from physical therapy, or looking to get out of pain, these 60-minute small group training sessions provide individualized workouts based on your specific needs and goals. Strength is never a weakness and semi-private training is the best way to turn weakness into strength. These classes are also perfect for groups of friends who enjoy training together.
Athlete Training Options (Ages 12 – 18)

Monday – Saturday: 10:45 – 11:45 a.m.
These large group (up to 20 athletes), 60-minute sessions focus on speed development, including acceleration, top speed and change of direction speed techniques. Monthly testing will be done to track progress.
Athlete Performance Group Training
Monday – Thursday: 9:15 – 10:30 a.m. | 5 – 6:15 p.m.
Fridays: 9:15 – 10:30 a.m.
Saturdays: 9:15 – 10:30 a.m.
Sundays: 10 – 11:15 a.m.
A 75 minute performance training class that incorporates speed, strength and functional core training. This class is designed to build resilient and durable athletes, while improving the skills they need to develop high level performance in their sport.
College Performance Group Training
Monday – Friday | 7 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
Elite performance group training for college and professional athletes. This 90-minute group session will focus on developing the speed and strength necessary to perform at the highest level. Training will run for the duration of the summer to ensure athletes are prepared to head back to their school or sport after the long offseason.
Small Group Performance Training
Private 60-minute group sessions with 3 – 8 athletes. Featuring individualized speed and strength training programs to meet each athletes’ specific needs. Small group training is perfect for teammates looking to gain an edge on their competition.
Skill Training
T3’s skill coaches offer 30-minute individual lessons and small group sessions to help you learn the skills of your sport and position played. Skill training sessions are available for football, baseball and basketball.
