How to Refer Patients to the UH Division of Gastroenterology & Liver Disease
The Division of Gastroenterology & Liver Disease welcomes referrals to our program. We believe in strong partnerships between our referring providers. Therefore, as a referring provider, you will receive complete, ongoing communication provided by our multidisciplinary team with the goal of keeping you informed about your patient’s progress during all stages of treatment.
Due to the expertise of our physicians and surgeons, and the breadth of our medical and surgical specializations, we can treat even the most complex GI and liver conditions, up to and including liver transplantation.
