Our nation is suffering from an obesity epidemic, and it’s expected that by year 2035, closer to half of Americans will be medically obese. Obesity results in poor quality of life and is a reason behind many of the medical problems like heart and lung problems, joint related issues and diabetes along with numerous other medical problems, including different types of cancers.
