Breast Imaging Research
The Division of Breast Imaging is actively involved in many research initiatives to improve care and cancer detection rates. The team has participated in nationally recognized clinical trials with ECOG- ACRIN and industry and federally sponsored clinical trials. Research interests for the group include abbreviated breast magnetic resonance imaging, MRI fingerprinting, and artificial intelligence.
The faculty of the breast imaging section are members of the Case Center for Imaging Research and Case Comprehensive Cancer Center. Our faculty members have mentored several medical students at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and successfully published research articles in leading journals. We have a tradition of fostering interdisciplinary and multi-institutional collaboration and look forward to furthering the UH mission of advancing medical research.
