Virtual Care Options at UH

Life is hectic and finding time for medical appointments can be challenging. At UH, our virtual care options offer you convenient and simple ways to connect with a UH provider. Receive medical care for minor health concerns from the comfort of your home, anywhere in Ohio.

On Demand Virtual Care

Adults and children aged 1 year and older can video chat with UH provider, without an appointment, for the diagnosis and treatment of minor medical issues. Available 7 days a week, from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

E-Visits

E-visits are ideal for 24/7 communication with a UH provider. Simply complete an online questionnaire with your symptoms and medical history to receive your diagnosis and treatment plan within 24 hours.

Scheduled Video Visits

Scheduled video visits offer an ideal way to maintain your health with your UH provider. To schedule a virtual appointment with your provider, contact their office directly.

Start Your Virtual Visit with MyChart

Virtual care is a simple 3-step process. To start a E-Visit or On Demand Virtual Care, sign in to your UH MyChart account and click on "Get Care.” Both new and existing patients can log in and choose their preferred virtual visit option. If you schedule a virtual appointment, the office staff will provide step-by-step instructions.
