Suzanne Cushwa Rusnak, MEd, MSSA, LSW, CMT-P

Suzanne Cushwa Rusnak, MEd, MSSA, LSW, CMT-PSuzanne Cushwa Rusnak, Mindfulness Programming Coordinator with UH Connor Whole Health, is an IMTA Certified Mindfulness Teacher with a Master’s in Education from John Carroll University and a Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University. Her training in mindfulness includes a year-long teacher training for teaching mindfulness for grades K-12 and training in teaching Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Suzanne leads Connor Whole Health’s Introduction to Mindfulness and Mindfulness 2.0 series, as well as guided meditation sessions through the Connor Resilience Center.
