Vial of Life is a free service that gives emergency personnel quick access to personal and medical information in an emergency.

Upon request, you will receive two labels – one to be placed on the individual’s front door and one that goes on their refrigerator. This notifies EMS personnel to look inside the plastic container for life-saving information, including medical background and medications taken.
