Concierge Services Assist Senior Patients and Their Families

University Hospitals concierge services help patients and their families get acquainted with the resources and services we provide. Our concierge is available to discuss options with patients and their family members, and will help connect them to the care and resources they need.

Keeping Patients Connected

For patients who need time to recover after a surgery, accident or illness or injury, our concierge services will connect them to one of more than 40 rehabilitation centers close to home. These centers features UH physicians and nurse practitioners who design customized care plans that meet the needs of the patient and their family. They also keep the patient's care team and family updated on the patient's progress.

Find Senior Services with One Call

We are committed to connecting older adults to the right services, at the right place and at the right time. We know that finding services for yourself or someone else can be confusing, so we have made it easier with one call. Our concierge will direct the patient or caregiver to UH services, specialists and resources and provide information on community social services. The concierge stays connected to the patient from hospital to home, providing contact information if other questions arise.
