Meet with a member of our medical weight management team, which may include an endocrinologist or advanced practice provider specializing in obesity medicine. Together, you'll review your health history, discuss your goals and develop a personalized treatment plan.
Step 2: Nutrition Assessment
Meet with a registered dietitian for personalized nutrition guidance and support.
Step 3: Medical Weight Management Group Visits and Ongoing Support
Continue meeting with your care team through individual visits and Medical Weight Management Group Visits to track progress, adjust treatment and receive ongoing support.
Medical Weight Management Group Visits
Medical Weight Management Group Visits combine expert medical care, nutrition education and peer support in a shared appointment setting. These visits are led by members of our medical weight management team and may help satisfy insurance requirements for participation in a medically supervised weight management program.
During each 90-minute visit, you will:
- Learn about weight management, nutrition, diabetes and overall health.
- Receive guidance from members of your care team, including medical providers and registered dietitians.
- Review your progress and next steps.
- Connect with others working toward similar health goals.
