David Satcher Acting Internship Supplemental Application

Application & Selection Process

1. Please review all eligibility requirements prior to submitting the supplemental application below.
2. Complete the AAMC-VSLO application, selecting your preferred clerkship elective before submitting the supplemental application. Clinical departments review and approve AI rotation placements first via VSLO. Once a student has been accepted into an AI rotation, those who indicated interest in the David Satcher Acting Intern Scholarship will be considered for funding.
3. Submit the David Satcher Acting Intern supplemental application below.

To complete the supplemental application:

1. Complete the form below
2. Provide three prepared statements of interest (in 2000 characters or less)
3. Provide two letters of recommendations: Upload with supplemental or email directly to healthimpact@UHhospitals.org
