Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program at UH Geauga Medical Center

Welcome to the University Hospitals Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program. We are a fully accredited AOA Program and also have our initial ACGME accreditation backdated to 2016. Our dynamic program takes advantage of the full breadth of University Hospitals across the greater Cleveland region. Our integrative program has affiliated rotations in UH’s neurosurgery, neurology, rheumatology, sports, and orthopedic departments. The inpatient experience is primarily conducted at our freestanding rehabilitation hospital in Beachwood, Ohio.

Resident education is a multi-institutional activity at the University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, The Cleveland Clinic, The Cleveland VA Medical Center, and The MetroHealth System. The clinical and evidence-based medicine didactics and select workshops (EMG and US) are based at and led by The MetroHealth System.
