How to Apply

Application is through the Central Application Service (CAS), part of the San Francisco Match Ophthalmology Matching Program. No additional documentation is needed. Applications should be received by our office by the last week in September.

Our program is a Joint Internship Program as of 2020. Residents who match in ophthalmology with us will be required to do their internship in Preliminary Medicine with the Internal Medicine Department at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. As per ACGME requirement, 12 weeks will be spent in the Ophthalmology department. Applicants will go through the NRMP match for PGY 1 year.
