How to Apply

Movement Disorder Fellowship Match

The Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Fellowship at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, in collaboration with Case Western Reserve University, participates in the Movement Disorder Fellowship Match through the SF Match program. Applicants should apply during the winter/spring of their PGY3 year, and interviews will be conducted over the summer, with typical match days occurring in September of the PGY4 year.

Movement Disorder Fellowship Match Application Requirements

We only accept board eligible U.S. citizens, permanent residents or J1 visa candidates.

To apply for fellowship, please submit your application through the SF Match website, Movement Disorder Program ID 5016.
