What has been your favorite part of the LME pathway so far?

The Transitions to Medicine Residency course! Each year the LME residents plan and coordinate a course for graduating 4th year medical students in preparation for their intern year. Not only is it such a blast to work with these very soon-to-be interns, but it's a chance for us to flex some of the skills we pick up throughout the year on course development and effective teaching styles. It's absolutely the highlight of my year, every year.
