My favorite part right now is the monthly didactics which brings like-minded people to discuss medical education.

Would you recommend the LME pathway for other residents interested in medical education?

I'd recommend to any resident interested in fostering their talent or passion of teaching to join LME! Our residency is amazing about investing time and energy into their residents. Also, you'll make an amazing group of friends. It's also a wonderful way to give back by teaching medical students; you'll hone your skills and have fun along the way.
