Application Process for 2019-2020 Academic Year

For open family medicine residency positions, our Family Practice Residency Program accepts applications through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) of the Association of American Medical Colleges. Please contact your dean's office to initiate this process for our residency program.

Information Needed for ERAS System

The following information should be submitted to your dean's office for entry into the ERAS system. No paper copies need to be submitted to our residency program for this purpose.

  • Dean's letter
  • Three Letters of recommendation
  • Personal Statement
  • Medical School Transcript

Interview Visit Information

A personal interview is required as part of your application process. Once we have received information through the ERAS system, all applications are reviewed by our Residency Recruiting Committee. If selected for an interview, you will be contacted by the residency with information regarding scheduling of this interview. Interviews will be conducted from October through January.
