We believe in patient- and family-centered care and fully understand that patients benefit from family and friends visiting them in the hospital. Please review the system-wide policies before visiting any UH facility.

Our phone directory has the direct phone numbers for various departments within UH Conneaut Medical Center. If you can’t find the number you are looking for, or if you are not sure which department to contact, call the main desk at 440-593-1131 and we will be happy to assist you.

For information such as directions around the hospital, a telephone number to a patient’s room or help getting in touch with a nurse manager, please contact Patient information or stop by the information desk in the main lobby.

We strive to anticipate the needs of patients, families, guests and staff by providing a wide range of merchandise at University Hospitals Conneaut Medical Center gift shop. Our gift store is located just off the main lobby on the first floor and staffed by volunteers. The shop offers:

Dining options at UH Conneaut Medical Center includes the café, with hot meal selection, grab-and-go items, snacks, coffee and more.

Lost and Found

If you find an item that doesn’t belong to you or you are missing an item that may have been left in the hospital, please visit the main lobby reception desk and ask the attendant to contact Protective Services for you.

Free Wi-Fi

UH Conneaut Medical Center is pleased to provide free Wireless High Speed Internet Access for our patients and guests. To connect, please follow these steps:

  1. Turn on your WiFi-enabled device: smartphone, tablet or laptop.
  2. Connect to the wireless network UH_Guest.
  3. Launch the web browser and go to the website www.UHhospitals.org.
  4. Read the user agreement and click Accept.
  5. If you do not see a UH welcome page, you may need to configure the SSID or network name to UH_Guest.

Cell Phones

Cell phones may be used throughout the hospital. Please respect the privacy and dignity of others.

Smoking Policy

For the health and safety of our patients and staff, UH Conneaut Medical Center provides a smoke-free campus. Visitors, patients and staff are asked to refrain from smoking in any area of the hospital or hospital grounds, including inside vehicles on hospital property.
