Free Wi-Fi

UH Cleveland Medical Center offers free wireless high-speed internet for patients and visitors. To connect, please follow these steps:

• Turn on your WiFi-enabled device: smartphone, tablet or laptop.
• Connect to the wireless network UH_Guest.
• Launch the web browser and go to the website www.UHhospitals.org.
• Read the user agreement and click Accept.
• If you do not see a UH welcome page, you may need to configure the SSID or network name to UH_Guest.

Gift Shop

The Atrium Shop at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center is a project of the Auxiliary of University Hospitals. Proceeds generated through the Atrium Shop directly benefit patients and families through the charitable works of the Auxiliary. Your support of the Atrium Shop supports patients and their families within the UH Cleveland Medical Center community.

The Atrium Shop is a unique hospital gift shop. We strive to anticipate the needs of patients, families, guests, staff and students by providing a wide range of merchandise. The shop offers everything from unique gifts to snacks. The shop also has an onsite floral service offering floral arrangements, plants, and dish gardens for all occasions. The staff will be happy to make deliveries to patients and staff at no charge.

The Atrium Shop staff is here to provide you with the finest quality service you would expect from a specialty gift shop. Please give us a call or stop by the shop. We will do our best to provide you with quality gifts and service.

International Center

The Center for International Relations at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center coordinates medical and personal services for patients from any country around the world. UH Cleveland Medical Center offers an array of comprehensive services, advanced technologies, and exceptional hospitals and outpatient facilities.

We offer a full range of concierge services at no additional cost to the patient or organization. Some of the benefits available to each patient include:

Pastoral Care for Spiritual Needs

A non-denominational chapel, open at all times, is located on the first floor of Lakeside. UH chaplains visit patients upon request, and clergy from any religious organization are welcome to visit with the patient’s consent.

Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)

For the convenience of our patients and visitors, KeyBank MAC automatic teller machines are located:

• Outside the Atrium Café in Lakeside (withdrawals only)
• Lobby of Bolwell Health Center
• Corridor between Mather Pavilion and pedestrian bridge

Lost and Found

If a guest finds an item that does not belong to them or is missing an item that may have been left in the hospital, please contact UH Cleveland Medical Center Police at ext. 44357 (HELP) or 216-844-4357 from outside the hospital, or police can be contacted in the basement of Lakeside, Room B-117.

• Lakeside: fourth floor corridor near hemodialysis
• Mather Pavilion: lower level near elevators
• Bolwell HealthCenter: near the pharmacy

Police Services

The UH Cleveland Medical Center Police Department helps ensure a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors and employees. Our police patrol all UH Cleveland Medical Center buildings and grounds in vehicles or on foot, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Emergency and non-emergency calls are answered 24/7. If you have a problem or safety concern, please don’t hesitate to call UH CMC Police at ext. 44357 (HELP) or 216-844-4357 from outside the hospital, or police can be contacted in the basement of Lakeside, Room B-117.
